Cold Hands, Warm Hearts Swap with Dearest Truchen!

A few weeks ago, I participated in the Cold Hands Warm Hearts gloves-swap hosted by the two gorgeous ladies, Ilene of much love, illy, and Sandy of Sandy a la Mode. I was randomly paired up with another blogger. She is the amazing and lovely Truchen. I suggest you go and check out her blog because it's quite lovely like herself.

We exchanged a few emails back and forth and I've come to realize that she is an absolute sweetheart! =) Her package arrived on December 6th but I wasn't home to sign for it so they delivered it to my local post office. I was so anxious to go pick it up. As soon as I stepped inside my house, I opened her box right away. When I did, a warm feeling arrived in my heart and I stood there with a huge smile. I took out the gloves right away and tried them on! What a perfect fit! I decided to wear them to take a few pics. Hehe.

I found a beautiful French journal inside! As most of you know, I am obsessed with anything Paris and French. I flipped through the book and found so many beautiful illustrations and French words. I was floored that she got me such a beautiful keepsake! I will definitely be writing many great things in this wonderful journal. 

I saw something shiny in a plastic bag and looked at it closer; it was then that I realized it was an Eiffel Tower necklace! I said, "Oh! Be still my heart!" It also has a stone pendant on another necklace which is removable. I tried it on right away and fell in love immediately. I will be wearing this a lot!

That wasn't all she included! There was also an apple container that contained lotion that smelled just like apples! YUM! She also included a mask that smells like pomegranate! Is it a coincidence or what that that's my favorite fruit or maybe we're just bosom friends! =P

Let's not forget about the chocolates! I am in love with chocolate anything so this was a very special treat for me!

She included even more! I was already satisfied and happy with everything I got then I found these two lovely items! I almost didn't see those earrings because they were hiding in the box pretty well. Hehe. The hair clip is stunning and it's perfect because I am in love with bows too! There are no words for the earrings because they are absolutely beautiful!

I just want to thank you so much, Truchen for putting so much thought and effort into my gifts. It was quite lovely and I am so glad I was paired up with you! You're an amazing and lovely girl and I hope our friendship will grow even more after this! I hope to see your blog post soon & I hope you like your gifts as much as I do yours! Like you said, I now have warm hands & a warm heart!<3
